BURLINGTON POST APARTMENTS

These apartments are located just west of downtown St. Petersburg in the historic neighborhood of Kenwood. This urban community is only steps away from the busy retail area on Central Avenue and includes features such as wide concrete paver walkways, decorative benches, street trees and bike racks. The streetscape was carefully designed to accommodate healthy street trees in a tight urban environment full of utilities by including structural soils for root growth. The recreational amenity is a community garden complex at the apex of the building designed for active use by the residents.
